PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: June 18th, 2026.

At Hispano Consulting Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we deeply value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.hispanosrise.org (the “Site”) or interact with our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Personally Identifiable Information: Name, email address, phone number, details about your personal or your business' situation, and any other information you choose to voluntarily provide through contact forms, inquiries, case evaluations, or newsletter subscriptions.

  • Browsing and Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, referring URL, data on how you interact with the Site, and other diagnostic information. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Communications Information: If you communicate with us via email, phone, or messaging, we will keep a record of that correspondence.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18 years of age. Please see Section 7 on children’s privacy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide you with information about our immigration consulting services.

  • To assess your potential eligibility for our multiple services.

  • To send you administrative communications, such as confirmations, updates to our Terms or policies, and educational materials on immigration.

  • To improve, personalize, and maintain the Site and our services.

  • To comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

  • To prevent fraud, protect the security of our Site, and enforce our legal rights.

3. Important Clarification: We Are Not a Law Firm

Hispano Consulting Co. is a specialized consulting firm, not a law firm. Our director, Laura Ward, is not a licensed attorney. Personal information related to your company or your personal case may be shared with the independent attorneys who oversee, review, and formally submit the applications (for example, Attorney Kimberly Baker Medina and Attorney Dionnie Wynter Pfunde) solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and under strict confidentiality measures. An attorney-client relationship is only established with such attorneys once a written service agreement is signed. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third parties that help us operate our Site and business (e.g., web hosting, client management systems, email services), always under confidentiality agreements and only for the purposes described.

  • Collaborating Independent Attorneys: With the licensed immigration attorneys who provide legal supervision and formal representation of cases, as necessary for the contracted service.

  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of our clients or the public.

  • With Your Consent: We may share information for other reasons previously agreed upon with you.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site may use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze trends, and administer the Site. You can set your browser to reject cookies; however, some features of the Site may become unavailable if you do so. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies. For more details, please contact us.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed at minors under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including, if applicable, the state of California in the U.S.), you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access and obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal exceptions).

  • Object to processing or restrict certain uses of your information.

  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity before processing it.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need it, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other websites that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
